The ‘Shanti Yoga School’ (Scuola Yoga Shanti) is a cultural non profit organisation dedicated to the discipline of yoga. The principle aim is to provide optimum conditions in order to promote the study and practice of Yoga.

Courses, seminars, conferences and training in various meditation techniques are all frequently organised by the school itself, or in partnership with others such as the Tibetan Lamas, and various  psychologists, philosophers and many Eastern and Western organisations.
