Who is James ?

James Eruppakkattu, founder of the Scuola Yoga Shanti, was born in Kerala, in the south of India. He graduated from university with a degree in Economics and a degree in Physical Education, and shortly after attained a diploma in natural therapies in Bombay.
After studying Yoga Jivana Satsangha nell'Ananda Ashram di Pondicherry, he chose to dedicate himself to the practice of yoga specialising in the teaching of this discipline. He attained the formal qualification of yoga teacher from the Kaivalyadhama Shreeman Madhava Yoga Mandira Samiti, in Lonavla. He has been teaching yoga in Italy since 1980.
